I’m Hans Berlin — an internationally known adult film performer turned activist. I’ve been living with HIV for over two decades.
Since coming out publicly about my status in 2017, I’ve built a happy, healthy, and fulfilled life for myself.
Someone once told me, “By simply speaking the truth, you help others.”
That’s why I started HANS HELPS: I believe that real stories change hearts faster than statistics ever can. And I'm sharing my story to remind you that HIV does not define who you are.
