If you’re living with HIV and your viral load is undetectable, you cannot transmit HIV to your sexual partners.
Not sometimes.
Not maybe.
Not “low risk.”
Zero risk.
Antiretroviral therapy can reduce the virus to levels so low that it becomes untransmittable. This has been confirmed by multiple major international studies.
To this day, there has never been a single documented case of HIV transmission from someone with an undetectable viral load.
